Are you tired of not seeing results? Do you need a little extra motivation as the weather starts to turn? Join our 8-week “Fall Drop Off” challenge.
This is not a weight loss challenge; we are trying to change your total body make-up! We will track weight, body fat, and lean body mass. Register as an individual or as a dual to receive a discount on the program.
Points are awarded for:
Pounds of fat lost and pounds of lean muscle mass gained. Example: If on September 5th you weigh 150 and at our mid-point you weigh 150 but you lost 5lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle you will receive 10 points.
Stay on track; earn CASH BACK. For every positive point you earn from the start to the finish (up to 25) you will receive Money back in your pocket. IE: You finish with 25 points, you will get $25 back! When you lose, you win!!!
Participants will go through composition analysis the week of September 5th-September 10th (Initial) and October 24th-November 1st (Progression Results). We also suggest doing a mid-point analysis during the week of October 3rd, but it is not required.

Basic program design based around your session/goals
Weekly tips and tricks for workouts and nutrition
