25 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE for Tuesday, July 5, 2022

25 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE!
Celebrate our 25TH ANNIVERSARY by joining us in the 25 Day Fitness Challenge! This challenge is for those who are wanting to have fun, be active and win big!
 
When is it?
The challenge will begin Monday, July 5th and conclude Saturday, July 30th.
 
How does it work? 
The top 3 participants who recieve the most points by the end of the 25 days will win a special prize! Prizes to be announced.
 
How do you get points?
You will recieve a point for the following activities:
2 points - Swimming laps in our Pool
2 points - Working out in our Fitness Center
4 points - Attending a Fitness Class (Including Sculpt, Glutes & Abs, Stretch & Balance, Spin, Pilates, Sound Helaing)
6 points - Attending a Fit-Mo performance class
8 points - Partner/Group Trainning Session with Tony
10 points - Personal Training Session with Tony
